Did the job for a night, comfortable and spacious.

Spacious comfortable room with a balcony. Sofa and good bed. Nice outside sitting and lounging area by the pool and bar. Welcoming, efficient staff. Buses to Palma and airport just outside and 3 minutes walk to the Aquarium.

Location location location

Location is excellent! It's really closed to the airport, right on the beach but almost no airplane noises. Airport bus stops right next to it. A smaller supermarket in the same building, bigger supermarkets in walking distance. A lot of restaurants nearby. I got first line seaview on my terrace so nothing to complain :)

It's two single beds putting together in the bedroom. Sorry to say but beds are bit worn down...

Modern, well equipped hotel in a great location.

Lovely pool, very friendly and attentive staff who were very efficient in the restaurant and the bar. We loved the gymnasium and the internal pool and spa. Overall, this is a very modern, well-managed hotel - it's extremely clean and has lots of great facilities. It's also in a great location: you can get to and from the airport using the A2 bus for 5 Euros and only takes about 15 minutes, so no need to book a transfer if you are happy to take the bus. The bus stop is right opposite the hotel, 50 meters walk.

Overall, the food in the restaurant buffet was very good, with just a few exceptions. Some of the fish wasn't to my taste. I really liked the curved Samsung Smart TV, but if you're going to put a smart TV in a hotel bedroom, please at least provide internet options such as Netflix and Amazon for those who have accounts to allow them to log on. This was very frustrating. There are only a handful of UK Digital channels to watch. Also, the hair dryer in the bathroom was not very powerful and only had two heat settings, could have been a lot better.

The stay was very nice, the service was fantastic !

Really good room with a sea view, excellent breakfasts and varied dinners, possibility to choose from a rich wine list, drinks available for an additional fee. It is very nice that the hotel offers discounts when purchasing at least three dinners - it is competitive compared to the offers in other hotels. The excellent location by the beach and the several-kilometer-long promenade is an important advantage of the hotel, very close to the bus stop to the city center. Very nice hotel.

The recommendation for the hotel is to replace the sleeping furniture in family rooms, unfortunately the bed in the living room for the third person is extremely uncomfortable and non-functional, it is only suitable for small children, certainly not for teenagers or a third adult, decent sofas would be useful to increase comfort.

breakfast was great, indoor pool was warm, but small. Outdoor pool is great. Entertainment program is excellent. Beach is right in the front of the hotel which is great

Great location- close to airport without disturbance from planes which had been my concern but it was absolutely fine. We actually liked seeing the planes taking off - very very little noise. Hotel was very nice - staff friendly and helpful. Also liked the convenience of busses into town - only €2 Express Bus into Palma with first drop off right beside the cathedral. Aquarium right across from hotel - excellent facility

We booked a Junior Suite with seaview - but not really sure if worth the money. Beds were comfortable -but we had booked a kingsize and got two Singles which kept moving apart. They sent a janitor to fix it which did not work well. We gave up. It was very windy throughout our stay and wind was whistling through the balcony doors day and night - very annoying. Most annoying of all was the fact that the power switched off EVERYTHING if there was no movement in the room. So when we were watching TV, after 20mins everything went black and one of us had to stand up and wave to get the lights back on and find the TV channel we were watching. Had to do that All night! Other small negatives - no coffee/ tea provided - just a kettle and cups. No room service for food and drink - and hotel restaurant was fully booked every night.

Nice, affordable, great location

The room was very nice with a sea view. Breakfast was delicious and location was right at the beach. The pool bar had a nice lunch menu, that we also liked. There was a small show every evening, which was an added bonus.

The hotel charged a 20 euro deposit per pool towel, which seemed unnecessary and cumbersome. For a family of four that's a ridiculous deposit for four towels. I mean, they have our credit card information anyways, so why bother with this extra work? Also the towel person was unbelievably apathetic and just sat there. Dinner at the buffet wasn't very special, but then again it was a reasonable price, so was ok. Most annoying where the other guests, who seemed to just be still recovering from covid restrictions and unable to exist in a space with other people. As an example a person, who had reserved a spot at the tables in the back row during a show, and who then was upset, because people would come and stand close to their spot and possibly blocking their view. And instantly they assumed, that we would block their view of the show, even though we explicitly tried to make sure we were not bothering anyone.
